Escargot Anyone???
We got lovely organic Arugula from Any Milner for our dinner, but it took many careful washings and scans to remove all the little critters like this tiny snail that I removed to the great outdoors. I would have thought that any creature would find Arugula too spicy and bitter to munch on, but who knew they had such great taste?
