An opportunity to create that is! Today is the first day of classes for me at Art Unraveled, in Phoenix, Arizona. This incredible creative event was started by Linda and Chuck Young of Phoenix Rising Productions ten years ago. I have taught at this event each and every year since its' inception. It's a a favorite venue of mine, not only because it's such an inspiring collection of classes, and amazing vendor event, but because it a rare chance to spend time with creative friends from around the country, many who are fellow artists and instructors that I'd like to give a shout out to: Michael deMeng, Kelly Kilmer, Susan Lenart Kazmer, Thomas Mann, Gail Russakov, Richard Salley, and fellow SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS Ambassador, Debbi Simon. The lid is made using a miniature Asian door knocker over staggered strips of compressed, scrap clay. The rim is black polymer clay imprinted with gold ink using my Far East texture stamp.
